Executive coaching programs include:

Pre-meeting to define goals, objectives, scope, integration of 360 feedback, and engagement boundaries.

Pre-meeting triad conversation with the coach, coaching client, and appropriate sponsors gather input and perspective on goals and objectives.

Coaching over a defined period of six, nine, or 12 months, with biweekly virtual meetings.
