Vanessa AvRuskin has been working as a facilitator, speaker, coach and communications consultant for over 20 years. Her clients include partners, directors, senior leaders, C-suite executives, and people earlier in their careers. They rely on her to help them understand communication holistically and strengthen and enhance their leadership skills.

 

She's worked in a wide range of industries, including professional services, financial services, grocery retail, technology, marketing, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, oil and gas and infrastructure, among others. She also has experience in the public sector, working with all levels of government. Selected highlights include one-on-one coaching with Canada's Auditor General, delivering keynote speeches at International Women's Day events, and providing tailored programs to executive leadership teams and boards of directors.

 

Alongside her work as a coach, group seminar facilitator, and keynote speaker, she's known for her program design expertise. She has co-developed custom programs on moving from expert to influencer, communicating through change, authentic leadership, women in business and leadership for people who identify with disability.

 

Vanessa builds immediate rapport with her clients, enabling her to provide open and direct feedback while creating an environment in which people feel comfortable taking risks. She is passionate about helping people remain authentic while developing stronger communication habits. Vanessa brings energy, enthusiasm, expertise, and genuine passion to every aspect of her work. With an unconventional approach, she's confident in using humour and strong interpersonal skills to create an environment where people feel comfortable taking risks and pushing themselves to learn and grow.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in music performance from McGill University and is a graduate of The Second City Training Conservatory in Toronto. She is certified as a Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute (CPP) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Vanessa is a Conflict Management Certified Coach (CMCC) and has completed Shirzad Chamine's Positive Intelligence training. Vanessa is also trained in team coaching through Organization Relationship System Coaching (ORSC). Vanessa is certified to assess Hogan, DISC and Leadership Circle Profile.

Davide Conti

Davide is a trilingual professional who combines more than 15 years of corporate experience in Human Resources with his unique abilities as a certified leadership coach and facilitator within complex and structured organizations. Davide is known for helping individuals and teams align their natural talents with their purpose and passions to become courageous and inspiring leaders who realize their ambitions and fulfil their objectives.

 

Born and raised in Milan, Italy, where he received his Bachelor of Law, Davide lived and worked throughout Europe before relocating to Montreal in 2007, where he built a successful career as a Human Resources executive. Working in pharmaceuticals, finance, information technology and consumer goods, Davide embraced progressive executive roles in which he worked with senior leadership to create visionary and innovative Human Resources strategies.

 

In 2016 Davide embarked full-time on his coaching career, where he is dedicated to helping leaders to become more courageous. He has a special passion for diversity, equity and inclusion, and this informs his work as a coach and facilitator.

 

 

 

Jane Graydon

Jane Graydon is an experienced and highly effective coach recognized for her ability to develop leaders so that they're equipped to deliver business growth and organizational success. Her extensive executive experience informs her work and illustrates her ability to deliver transformational thinking in a wide range of settings. Jane has over 30 years of experience in coaching, leadership development, and business leadership. She has held executive roles in Human Resources, Client Services, Organizational Change, and Leadership Strategy. 

 

Jane leverages her MBA and International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach designation in coaching senior leaders to produce unprecedented results for their organizations and advance their careers. She uses evidence-based practices to build leadership skills, confidence and presence and to generate a sense of fulfillment among her clients. Jane brings to her coaching work experiential learning expertise developed while teaching at the Masters, Undergraduate, and Diploma levels. Her empathy, honesty and insight allow her to consistently introduce innovative thinking that helps leaders continually enhance their capabilities.

 

In addition to her corporate and coaching work, Jane has taught Leadership at Simon Fraser University and Organizational Behaviour at George Brown College, and she is the past President of the International Coaching Federation, Toronto Chapter.

Jennifer Bodenham

Jennifer is a passionate and committed coach who brings a wealth of real-world corporate experience to her work with clients. She has 14 years of corporate Human Resource Management experience in the automotive and consumer packaged goods industries, with a specific focus in Organizational Health and Learning & Development.

 

Jennifer has taken her corporate experience and her passion for coaching, leadership development and facilitation to work with individuals and teams to help build and deliver customized leadership and team effectiveness programs. She is recognized as an effective coach and facilitator, bringing warmth and engagement to her work with individuals and groups. Her experience in program design ensures a systematic and thoughtful approach in her coaching and facilitation work.

 

Jennifer has an honours degree in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario, Human Resource Management diploma from Humber College and a certificate in Positive Psychology from the WholeBeing Institute. She is also a certified Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a licensed practitioner with Thomas PPA (DISC) and iEQ9 Enneagram Solutions.

Begum Verjee

Begum is an experienced International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach who inspires her clients to lead with clarity and purpose and deliver desired results for themselves and their organizations. Begum also holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership & Policy and a master's in Counselling Psychology. 

 

Begum has held senior leadership positions in the post-secondary sector throughout her career and brings her extensive leadership experience in a range of industry settings to her client sessions. She is also a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) consultant and educator, bringing her passion and commitment to transformative change into coaching conversations.

 

In addition to her consulting and coaching work, Begum has taught in the post-secondary sector in undergraduate and graduate studies. Shed is currently an instructor/facilitator and mentor coach with several coach training/education programs. Begum received the ICF Toronto Chapter 2023 'Volunteer of the Year Award' for her thought leadership in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. She was also an ICF Foundation Council of Ambassador and Canadian representative from 2020-2022, where she was involved with amplifying and accelerating social impact coaching globally.
